"Wanted to drop you guys a line and say a huge THANKS for picking both me and my bike up from the side of the road after the bikes electronics quit on me on late Saturday afternoon. When we arrived back at the shop Steve Stockenauer the Service Manager, Steve Elliott the General Manager, and Jerry Jones Technician, immediatly got to work repairing the bike. Jerry, you rock, you knew exactly what the problem was and repaired it. The problem wasn't even Harley related, rather a faulty aftermarket product but you guys replaced it and got me back on the road. "On March 20, 2009 I made the ultimate impulse buy. But let me back up...Two days earlier my wife and I were shopping at the competition across the street. We were checking out the Victory Vision. Needless to say we didn't like it much. Too much plastic. As we exited the Victory dealer I suggested we window shop at Capitol HD. My wife said sure, why not. We entered your show room and were greeted by many friendly employees. We made our way to the back of the store where Brian offered to answer any questions we had. My wife and I peppered Brian with question after question for about 30 minutes. When it was all said and done we were convinced. Friday the 20th of March I took the afternoon off and rode my old 2004 Vulcan Nomad in temperatures just above freezing from Battle Creek to Dimondale to trade it in on a Red Hot Sunglo 2009 HD Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Needless to say we are looking forward to summer and many hours spent enjoying the greatest impulse buy I've ever made!!!

"I TRIED TO BUY A 09 STREET GLIDE FROM T&C IN CEMENT CITY AND WAS TREATED LIKE CRAP! I WAS CALLED "STUPID" FOR NOT PUTTING A DEPOSIT DOWN AND THE SALESMAN ACTUALLY THREATENED TO CHANGE THE PRICE BACK TO MSRP IF I DIDNT BUY IT THAT DAY! NEEDLESS TO SAY I GOT UP AND WALKED OUT. "My first Harley was an AMF Sportster...and then an 83 Sportster...then a 96 Heritage Softtail Classic...you can do the math if you want. My first Electra Glide was a wrecked 2005 Ultra Classic. I bought it from a salvage yard out in Minnesota. It was indeed trashed. I knew nothing about Electra Glides not to mention Ultra's. I'll bet I talked to every person in every department there at Capitol. Especially Ted and the guys in parts and service who coached me on certain things and helped me throughout the 5 months of rebuilding this machine back to it's original beauty and near show room condition with genuine H-D parts. They even helped me with sourcing outside vendors for the things they didn't have, could not provide, or would save money. Now, to?...that's up front Square Bizness my friends! If you're not dealing with Capitol Harley-Davidson, you're not getting the best there is."

"I went in to look at a Harley, ended up riding it home 2 hours later. Never thought I would own a Harley Davidson, now you will never catch me on anything else. Excellent service and very very nice people. For being new to the Harley family, they have treated me exceptionally well. Even when I had surgery and could hardly walk, they had no problem with coming to my house and picking my bike up to do the required service. 5 star service!!!"
